Host your own private event and leave the details to us! Whether you wish to develop and entertain clients or to reward outstanding employee performance, our staff can help you arrange a special evening at the ballet!
Available for all performances at either the Academy of Music or the Merriam Theater, this package includes:
- Pre-performance dinner (including cocktails, hors d’oeuvres, full meal and beverages) for 10 or more guests in the Academy of Music Ballroom (subject to availability) or at a restaurant of your choice.
- Parquet (Orchestra) tickets to that evening’s performance.
- Admission to the Academy of Music’s Ormandy Room stage door lounge for complimentary refreshments and backstage tours during intermission (not available for productions at the Merriam Theater).
- Year-round listing in all Pennsylvania Ballet Playbill programs (circulation 100,000).
We can also arrange a special visit from a member of our Artistic Staff to welcome your guests and share what happens “behind-the-scenes” of the production!
Packages start at $2,000 for a minimum of 10 guests and may also be customized to meet your company’s needs and budget.
