Cinderella | October 13- 23, 2016 |The Academy of Music
Fall in love again with one of the most enduring princess fairytales of all time in this rags-to-riches story of a young girl whose strength of spirit helps her to overcome mistreatment by her wicked stepmother and stepsisters and ultimately win the heart of a handsome prince. 


Revolution | November 10-13, 2016 |The Merriam Theater
Thrill to amazing feats of physical elasticity, unexpected musical arrangements, and innovative integration of light in David Dawson's The Third Light. Also on the program George Balanchine's blend classical ballet and American folk dance, Square Dance and a brand-new work from nationally acclaimed choreographer Brian Sanders. 


George Balanchine's The Nutcrackerâ„¢ | December 9-31, 2016 |The Academy of Music
It simply wouldn't be the holidays in Philadelphia without the timeless family tradition of George Balanchine's The Nutcracker. This classic tale touches the hearts of all with its endearing story of a girl, a gift, and a wondrous dream. 


Le Corsaire (The Pirate) | March 9-19, 2017 | The Academy of Music
This rollicking, lighthearted production is a feast for the eyes- with exuberant choreography, elaborate costumes, and impeccable set design - but its heart is a touching story about finding true love. 


Romance | April 6-9, 2017 | The Merriam Theater
Nacho Duato's Remansos is praised for its powerful expressivity, fluid forms, and dynamic utilization of space. Travel back to the wild, wild West with the high-spirited and playful ballet Western Symphony by George Balanchine. To round out the program, acclaimed choreographer Nicolo Fonte's all-new work showcases his highly developed fusion of ideas, dance, and design. 


Re/Action | May 11-14, 2014 | The Acadmey of Music
Packed with fast-paced action accentuated by bold costume and lighting selections, Christopher Wheeldon's Rush features a darkly elegant pas de deux. Nationally recognized choreographer Matthew Neenan creates an all-new work for this final series. To round out the program, Re/Action will feature three pieces by George Balanchine, Sylvia pas de deux, Tchaikovsky's pas de deux, and Tarentella
