Meet Flavia

Hometown: Las Vegas, NV
Flavia Morante began her dance training at the Nevada School of Dance, before attending San Francisco Ballet School and Houston Ballet Academy. Morante attended summer intensives at the Bolshoi Ballet Academy, American Ballet Theater, and IB Stage Barcelona. While at Houston Ballet Academy, Morante performed with Houston Ballet II in works by Standon Welch and August Bournonville. Morante joined Philadelphia Ballet II for the 2017-2018 season, and was promoted to Apprentice for the 2018-2019 season.

While with Philadelphia Ballet II, Flavia performed leading roles in Samantha Dunster’s Snow White and Prince Charming, along with company roles in Angel Corella’s The Sleeping Beauty and Swan Lake, George Balanchine’s The Nutcracker®, and Jewels.
