Corporate Giving

Corporations that partner with Pennsylvania Ballet are aligning themselves with a world-class organization that serves 100,000 audience members each year as well as 10,000 local youth through its Accent on Dance outreach and education program. There are a number of ways that a corporation can support Pennsylvania Ballet including:

  • Corporate Council

    By becoming a member of Pennsylvania Ballet's Corporate Council, a company and its employees will receive a host of distinctive entertainment and recognition benefits such as:

    • Premium tickets to Pennsylvania Ballet performances
    • Promotional opportunities including a listing on the Ballet’s website and in Playbill
    • For employees, a 10% discount on additional tickets
    • Invitation to receive a VIP backstage tour
    • Invitation to attend a dress rehearsal performance

  • Sponsorship Opportunities

    Pennsylvania Ballet Corporate Sponsors are leaders in building a stronger community through their support of the performing arts. Working one-on-one with corporate entities, Pennsylvania Ballet tailors sponsorships to meet the promotional and entertainment needs of corporations of all sizes. Sponsorships are available for single performances, performance series, as well as touring engagements. Corporate Sponsors receive distinctive opportunities to entertain clients, build relationships, and reward employees. A partnership with Pennsylvania Ballet also gives Sponsors opportunities to promote their brands to Ballet audiences, which include Philadelphia’s financial and cultural elite, college students, retirees, and families—approximately 100,000 audience members each year.

  • Corporate Matching Gifts

    Find out if your company makes matching gifts—you might be able to double your annual gift to the Ballet! Many companies match gifts to non-profit organizations made by their employees. Some also match gifts from spouses, board members, and retired employees. Contact your human resources department to determine if your gift qualifies.   • Education Improvement Tax Credit Program

    Businesses that support Pennsylvania Ballet may be eligible for Pennsylvania’s Education Improvement Tax Credit Program (EITC). 

    The EITC program provides tax credits on a first-come, first-served basis to eligible businesses that contribute to a qualified educational improvement program, including Pennsylvania Ballet’s Accent on Dance outreach and education program. Accent on Dance offers high quality arts education programming to approximately 10,000 students throughout the greater Philadelphia region, free of charge. The overarching goal of Accent on Dance is to offer a sustained experience with dance that will open up new worlds for children, spark their interest in the performing arts, and stimulate creative abilities and cognitive skills.
